How the Program Works

Members enroll through our platform and are placed into a mentoring circle based on interests, goals, or experience level.

Each mentor profile includes a detailed bio, background information, and areas where they can provide guidance, helping you find the right fit for your needs.

Once you find a mentor who aligns with your goals, you can submit a request directly through the platform to connect.

For Mentors: Create Your Profile

To ensure mentees can easily find and connect with you, we ask all mentors to complete their online directory profile.

Your profile should include:

  • Professional background and experience
  • Areas of expertise or specialization
  • Topics you’re passionate about mentoring
  • A short bio

A complete profile helps mentees:
