Registration and Gala Dinner Information
Early Registration Deadline: August 15, 2026
Register on or before August 15, 2026, to secure the lowest available rate. Beginning August 16, 2026, all registration fees will increase by USD 25.00.
Final Registration Deadline: October 7, 2026
All registrations must be completed by October 7, 2026. On-site registration will not be available, and no registrations will be accepted after this date.
Gala Dinner Tickets
Tickets for the Gala Dinner must be purchased no later than October 7, 2026. Tickets will not be sold after this date, and availability is limited—early purchase is strongly recommended.

- Conference Registration Fee for Members of the Transcultural Nursing Society - USD 565.00
- Conference Registration Fee for Non-Members - USD 675.00
- *STUDENT Conference Registration Fee for Members of the Transcultural Nursing Society - USD 490.00
- *STUDENT Conference Registration Fee for Non-Members - USD 575.00
* Must provide proof of full-time student status when registering. We will not accept a change to student status after registration.
- Gala Dinner Tickets are USD 95.00 each
If you wish to join the Transcultural Nursing Society and receive the member conference registration rate, the membership dues are:
- Regular Membership One Year: USD 125.00
- *Student Membership One-Year: USD 75.00
- Retired Membership for Individuals 65 and older, One-Year: USD 75.00
* Must provide proof of full-time student status when registering. We will not accept a change to student status after registration.
